b. NON ACCEPTANCE OF SMALL DENOMINATIONS WITHOUT VALID REASON.
c. NON ISSUE OF DRAFTS TO CUSTOMERS.
d. NON OBSERVANCE OF RBI DIRECTIVES WITH REGARDS TO INTEREST RATES ON DEPOSITS AND ADVANCES.
e. COMPLAINTS PERTAINING TO OPERATIONS IN ANY DEPOSIT ACCOUNT.
f. COMPLAINTS FROM NRIS IN RESPECT OF THEIR BANKING OPERATIONS.
g. CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF UNAUTHORISED OR FRADULENT WITHDRAWALS FROM DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS.
h. NON PAYMENT/INORDINATE DELAY IN THE PAYMENT/.COLLECTION CHEQUES.DRAFTS,BILLS ETC.
i. DELAY IN SANCTIONS/DISPOSAL OF LOAN APPLICATION.
j. COMPLAINTS FROM EXPORTEERS REGARDING DELAY IN RESPECT OF EXPORT PROCEEDS,HANDLING AND COLLECTION OF BILLS PROVIDED THE SAID COMPLAINTS PERTAIN TO THE BANKS OPERATIONS IN INDIA.
k. FAILURE TO HONOUR GUARANTEE AND LCS.
l. NON OBSERVANCE OF OTHER DIRECTIVES ISSUED BY RBI FROM TIME TO TIME.
