He has been Non-Independent Director of Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited since December 14, 2007. He serves as a Director on the Boards of Manumanik Estates Pvt. Ltd., Sunvin Estates Pvt. Ltd., Samsun Estates Pvt. Ltd. and Ceekay Estates Pvt. Ltd. He has been Director of Jaiprakash Associates Limited since December 2007. He has been Director of Jaiprakash Hydropower Limited since October 29, 2007. He serves as Director of Jaypee Infratech Limited, Jaypee Ventures Private Limited, Sams Private Limited and Dhara Infra Developesun Estaters Private. Previously, he served as Director of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. until December 27, 2006. Previously, Shri. Gaur served as Director of Jaiprakash Hydropower Limited since March 1, 2007. He served as Additional Director of Jaypee Hotels Limited from January 2008 to January 17, 2009. Shri. Gaur holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from University of Roorkee (now Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee).
